About The Role
We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators. This is an entry‑level role ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work and want to grow within a manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Operate production machinery and basic equipment
Load and unload materials, jigs, fixtures, and tooling
Assemble and pack products
Perform simple quality checks and maintain accurate part counts
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Use measuring tools such as tape measures and micrometers
Enter basic data into production equipment
Perform minor adjustments, rework, and preventive maintenance
Participate in team‑based improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- No prior experience required — training provided
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Physical ability to:
- Lift up to 85 lbs
- Stand for long periods on concrete floors
- Work in a loud, non‑air‑conditioned environment
- Bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions
